Memorial Weekend!

We had a rather low key weekend. On Saturday we got up and went to place flowers and flags on C's grandparents graves. We came back home and just hung out all afternoon. Saturday night I had a Momma's night out with my mom and my Aunt B. We left here about 3 which was nice because we got to do what we wanted! My mom surprised me with this......

I am totally in love with this thing! I just wish I could find an Otterbox! All At&t had was white. I want a black with pink one! Anyone know where I can locate one???

Next we went to eat at Louie's Grill and Bar. If you have one near you I suggest you go! We had their pizza and it was yummy!! After we ate we went to see this....

 I was a good movie! Lots of laughs! 

Sunday J and I went to go swimming at my mom's. Then we headed to town to eat dinner at C's parents house for his brother's birthday!! Ribs, cornflake potatoes, corn on the cob and strawberry shortcake! It was Yum-O!

Today we got up and went to T-town to see my dad! It is always adventure when we go out there! We had hot dogs, pasta salad, chips, bean and strawberry shortcake with almost the whole family! I love going out there because you never know who will come! 

Now I am doing some laundry watching a little TV and getting prepared for the work week ahead!

2 weeks and counting until we make our move to PR!!! I am so excited! I am actually going to start packing a few things this week. I am going to start with the pictures off the wall and things of that nature! I can't wait to move I am so excited! I also have a couple of other big things that maybe happening soon! I will keep you posted!!

Where to begin....

Where oh where to begin...... I guess at the beginning! That is always a great place to start!

First let me just shout it out: WE FINALLY FOUND A HOUSE!!! I really wish I had pictures to post of it but the owner are still currently living there. I think they would have thought me a nut if I would have busted out my camera and said " do you mind if I take pictures for my bloggy friends to see?" They are putting new carpet and painting anyway so I will just wait and post the fresh pictures some where around the 15th of June! You have no idea how excited I am, I registered J for Kindergarten ( insert tears here) a few weeks back, at the time we had a house picked out that we were really interested in but a few things fell through and it didn't work out. I was starting to get really nervous that we weren't going to find anything that was what we could afford! But my Aunt B called and told me about this house. I called the guy talked to him about it and it couldn't have worked out better! Everything is falling into place one piece at a time! Now if I could get rid of my stupid truck ( love the truck NOT the payment ) I would do a backflip! Ok well not really but I would jump up and down and scream ALOT! : )

Next up: J only has 4 days of Pre-School left! This makes me very sad! My baby is taking that last BIG step out of baby into big boy! Where has the last 5 years gone!! Next Thursday is his end of the year program so be ready for pictures!! 

This weekend is graduation in our neck of the woods!

This beautiful girl is graduating! This is my middle sister H! We love her!! This was from prom a few weeks back, wish I had one of her and her date, they looked like Ken and Barbie. They are too cute!! We love you H! We are so proud of you!!! I will have pictures from this weekends activities! 

I promise now that we have found a house I will be less stressed and won't be freaking out on the inside about never getting to move! I will blog more!! I promise!! : )

Six years ago this was us

May 16, 2004 we stood in front of our family and friends and made the promise to love each other always! 

We don't have anything exciting planned for the year. C has had to work the last 2 weekends. We are planning to just go to dinner and a movie one night. 

It is crazy how fast time goes by! 

Ohhhhh I cut all my hair off the other day! 

I know that was totally random but I LOVE it!!! 

It is raining here AGAIN today and I have a job interview this afternoon so I am going to be productive with the rest of my morning... Ok that was a total lie! I am sure I will be on the computer until I have to shower and get ready! : )
