I forgot to post these earlier!!!

Jackson's Mimi got him the lovely little weapon for Christmas. He has tried and failed several times to fly it in the house. I finally told him to wait until it was nice outside and he could fly it outside to his little hearts content! Well Sunday was the big fly day!

Getting ready for take off

Can you see the blue helicopter?? I was to afraid to get to close! So I stood really close to the house so I was in the safe zone.

The Captain!! : )

Man Down!!!! It flew over the fence!

Walking to get his helicopter

The rescue squad!

Chris built J a ladder for his trampoline

I think he is excited about the new ladder.

Some exciting news....

Well this weekend we got some interesting news. My Grandma lives in Omaha and she has been having health issues, my mom has told her several times that she should move down here to be closer to family incase something happens to her we will all be here to take care of her. Well she finally agreed, which was a total shock to me because I thought we would have to drive up there and drag her back kicking and screaming. But we don't! Thank goodness! Anyways.... when they get here they of course will need a place to live. Let me go back a couple of years and say that Chris and I bought our house which is only 2 bed 1 bath. It is an old house that needed a lot of love and attention. We gave it lots and lots of love and attention and made it a cute little house but when we bought it, it was too small for us. Not to mention now that we both work in town the 35- 45 min drive that we have to make everyday is getting really really old. Now fast forward to Saturday, I was chit chatting with my momma about my Grandma and I told her that I thought she should by our house from us and we could buy a house in Pea Ridge. My mom said that was a great idea. She has since talked to my Grandma and she thinks that it is a FANTASTIC idea. We haven't nailed down all the details but it looks as though before the summer ends we will be moved to Pea Ridge! You have no idea how excited I am about all of this!! Chris and I looked on the internet this weekend and found a couple of houses that we really like that are at amazing prices! I do have a couple of worries, mostly that something will happen and we won't be able to move. I haven't been exactly responsible with my credit. Which I have learned from! Believe me!!! So please pray that everything goes smoothly and that we get to make this next step in our lives.  When we know more I will let all of you know. I will also eventually post either pictures or a link to the house that we pick or that picks us!! : )

Money well spent!

You remember this post about my  Black Friday purchases. Well that was the best $186.56 I have ever spent!
Jackson has jumped on his trampoline everyday that it hasn't rained. Today we got home earlier than we normally do so he got to jump for a whole hour! He was in heaven!

Here are a few pictures of putting the thing together!!

Daddy working hard!

I missed the lets dress alike memo for the day!

Umm... I think we are missing pieces. No that isn't right either.... Those are 2 statements that were made while constructing the trampoline!

Helping pick up the trash.

Almost done!

He was so excited about it being together he just couldn't wait to jump!

Cowboy Stew

Just a quick recipe for Cowboy Stew

2lbs ground hamburger meat
1 can rotel
( you pick the hotness )
2 cans Ranch Style beans
1 can whole corn
1 can green beans
1 can diced potatoes

Simply brown the hamburger meat in a pot. I usually season the meat with some garlic, Cavender's seasoning, and onion powder.
Add all canned goods.
Let simmer for 30 to 45 minutes.

It is simple and easy!!

Next time~ Chicken Noodle soup!! : )

What to do what to do......

I have decided that I want to go back to school. I said this at the end of the summer last year but then Chris got his new job which sent him back to school, so now I am kinda stuck. Since Chris is in school 4 nights a week I don't know when I would have time to go since I can't very well leave my 4 soon to be 5 year old home alone. I think there are several laws against that. So my question is, is there a place I can take most of my classes on line. If not, and I have to go to NWACC how do I qualify for financial aid? I wanted to go to Nursing School, but I still have to work and you can't do everything you need to do for nursing school and work 40 hours a week. So I have decided that I would go for accounting and or business administration. I could take some classes on-line through NWACC.

So give me your thoughts, helpful hints!!
